CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling the service, you have booked in for.
If you arrive late or cancel within less than 24 hours notice 100% of your service will be made payable before we book any further appointments.
Please note you cannot change the service to a reduced booking on the day as a large amount of time has been allocated for you and it will not be possible for us to fill this slot and you will be expected to pay the full price of this service
BOOKING FEES
We may ask you to make a payment of 50% of your service to secure your booking this will then be deducted from your bill on your appointment. this is non-refundable but it is transferable
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive on time for your appointment as we may not be able to accommodate you if we have bookings after your allocated time.
if you are running late or cannot make your appointment, please be considerate and give us a call to let us know then we can assist you further
payments
We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
Please note all bank transfers need to be paid before leaving the salon.
If you are unable to do mobile banking, please make payment prior to your appointment and let a member of staff know asap
rights
We reserve the right to refuse treatment. disrespect or rudeness towards the b beautified team will not be tolerated.
If you have a hair, nail infection or condition that the treatment cannot be carried out e.g nail fungus or head lice we hold the right to refuse treatment.
pricing
Prices of services, products and other charges are displayed on price lists at reception or leaflets.
these prices are subject to variation depending on any additional treatments or services carried out and may increase due to inflation.
GIFT VOUCHERS
We will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, expired, or damaged gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. the change will not be given but the balance will remain on the voucher.
Please note the gift vouchers have an expiry date
lost property
We ask all clients to look after their property whilst at b beautified as we are unable to take responsibility for items left unattended
nails
If you chip your nails within 5 days of having your gel polish applied, please contact the salon so we can arrange a convenient time for your repair.
we cannot guarantee how long normal polish will last
refund
All purchases and services are final and we are unable to give you a refund once you have left the salon.
as soon as you walk out of the salon that means you have accepted and are satisfied with the service provided.
if you simply change your mind of color or tone, please understand you will be charged to change this color.
complaints
If you are unhappy with the treatment please speak with your stylist/therapist or manager and we will try to resolve the issue. we will not offer any refund or credit because you have simply changed your mind. we will rectify any low quality of our work provided when you tell us immediately after we have performed this service.
